In December I made a CASH purchase, after 2 months I begin to receive messages that I am behind in the installments, I file a claim and they tell me that they have already solved the problem, but it turns out that now 6 months later I am reported to the risk centers for bad pay with them. This is unfair because this brought me many problems and I lost a home loan due to the negligence of this company. He called them again and they keep sending them from one place to another without giving any solution or answer.
