Doug: I put down a one star just to draw attention. Be sure to go to this store and NOT THE ONE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ELEVATORS. They’ve had my iPhone for 2 days now and still won’t give me an estimate. Be aware and don’t go to the wrong store like we did.

Alejandra Loaiza: Last Thursday June 16 I requested the shipment of a cell phone which they informed me that it would arrive during the course of Friday June 17, they told me that the shipment was a little late since they were collapsed, wait for Friday and Saturday all day day. Today, June 19, I went to the physical store in the Monterrey shopping center to claim the equipment, where they told me that it was not available. I find it disrespectful to take orders without having the equipment available and in the end the attention was super bad, they did not respond and they did not offer an apology for not being clear from the beginning.
