Yessenia Hernandez: I feel completely outraged by the lousy service of this place. My cat was stepped on by a car, I have been waiting for a diagnosis for 3 days, Nadir knows nothing, they tell her different things, they pass shifts and nobody communicates. In the end, the x-ray that I read without fractures, they insisted that I DID have a fracture, they even scheduled me for surgery without my authorization. What a lack of professionalism, what a lack of knowing what they are doing, not counting the total cost of everything, not at all.
