Jorge Aguirre C.: I was passing by the front of the Los Molinos Pet Land display case and I saw a puppy moaning and making noise with the empty plates of water and food, which moved me. There was no doubt that the little animal was hungry and thirsty because it looked at us and turned the talks over. I walked in and the girl in charge was busy at the register. He didn't even say hello, he didn't even look at me or my wife or two other people who told him the same thing as me: "the puppy is hungry and thirsty." It was like talking to a wall. The employee did not flinch and continued as she was. Due to the limited time that I had, I could not stay to contact someone who was not autistic in that establishment. I have been calling but no one is answering me apart from the recording (badly done by the way). It is depressing to see how customer service has declined to the point that one has to serve oneself and the "seller" only approaches the cja to verify his commission... if they give it to him. Could it be that one buys healthy pets in a place where they do not take good care of them?
David Ochoa: I found the attention of the administrator super bad on December 23 at night. very bad class and he didn't even want to answer our questions about some puppies, a person like that should not be attending a pet place and none of customer service. Terrible attention!
