Aileen Kelly: I just got married and I rented my dress from la esposa medellin. I love my dress and almost buy the dress. Let me say the negative part first and the reason I give them 3 stars. First of all I went with time to choose my dress at first I choose a dress that was not completely me so I decided to change when going back I was always in contact with them and one of my biggest questions was how much time they need to finish the dress because it was a destination wedding so I must go with time. They always secure me that they only need 2 day , so I went to la esposa 2 days prior where they give me the opportunity yo change my dress and so they can arrange it for in 2 days all went good I choose the dress I was happy they told me to pick it up 2 days after at 4:00. When I get there I was waiting and I felt like something was not good, they came with the dress and it was completely not ready they were doing everything on a rush and I was so uncomfortable with how they hand it and how they where talking to me as if I wS the wrong one to ask and to get disappointed. At that moment when I was there they wanted to darrange the dress, they told me I need tl stay 4 hours and have platoons which I would have done if they have told me in advance but they only told me it was to try again and for pick up. For any bride please ask about this so you will not have to feel they way they made me feel that day. Not nice. The dress end up very beautiful and they did give it to me the same day because I was not planning on going back and forth with them. If they have treated me better I almost bought the dress which wad 3x.the price online

Diana: Hello, I visited Sposa Mía to look for my dress with all the desire and encouragement to see your collection, and when we entered we were received well, but when they asked me if I had an appointment and I said no, they took me out of the store! and my friend! We told them that we did not know that an appointment had to be made, but that we could at least see the dresses. They denied our request by kicking us out of the store. I really left with a bad impression of this bridal shop.
