He is respectful and very good at what he does. As someone who sits a lot for work, this truly made my body feel much better. I felt much more balanced. Karen C: This place is very simple and not fancy, but is really good. The girl at the desk is very friendly! They all welcome you with a smile. If you want a great massage ask for Carolina she will help you break all those knots. I came in with pain on my left shoulder and left feeling amazing!!

Ethan Etchart: Isabel is a master. She is a healer. Her experience and expertise is incredible. Best massage I have ever received and she takes her time. Every movement is deliberate and executed to help you relax and recover as fast as possible. She’s extremely sweet as well, which makes you feel comfortable.
Ethan Etchart: Isabel is by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. I just had a 2.5-hour massage that consisted of digitopunctura, reiki, and other spiritual components. She can massage extremely deep and very soft as well. She knows how to allow your body to relax and allow you to fall into a transcendental meditative, restorative experience.

Social Anxiety Solutions: I’ve had over 1000 massages. In various countries. This lady knows what she’s doing. Someone with total passion for what she does, and 30 years experience. The wall is full certificates from various disciplines she’s studied. The massage is a variation of many of these. And it’s a fantastic experience. I felt great afterwards. I felt in very good hands throughout the whole massage. And enjoyed it thoroughly. The best in Medellin of the 3 I’ve tried. And an exceptional experience overall. Highly recommended!

Big Daddy Quinn: Really nice spot with private rooms, they were able to take my boyfriend and I last minute! Reasonable prices, and we were offered tea, water and wine. Massage was good, and offered hot stones as well with no additional cost! Overall very great customer service

Henry Woodburn: Got a coconut oil sports massage twice here. Nice environment, friendly staff but not the best English so you might need to use a translation app to communicate any requests. One of the therapists had a more deep-tissue technique that I preferred for the knots in my neck, so make sure to specify your preference ahead of time!

We got a two-hours-holistic treatment, which not only included a professional massage, but also a short piece of breathwork, aromatherapy, and (what I highly appriciate) a calm and relaxed atmosphere. A V: I visited this place yesterday and since I have been in more than perhaps 50 places for massages in the US and other countries this was perhaps the worst! walked in and paid 100,000 Pesos as they asked for a relaxation massage as my body was sore from travel. Saff member took me upstairs ( No elevator ) and I have a back problem! The entire massage session was just she rubbed me with oil, there was no pressure and massage at all, it was just a horrible experience. I think maybe she had no idea what even meant massage at all. Not recommended and the place is overrated, maybe paid to friends writing reviews!

Arbab Rizvi: Lots of room for improvement from start to finish. When we entered the massueses / staff looked at each other in their own little private way which made us feel uncomfortable. No explanation or discussion prior to starting the services (spa day), we entered and were told to go in a room and strip. No water or coffee was offered. Felt really uncomfortable. The masseuses should be more dedicated to providing a good service rather than wanting to wrap up quickly which is how i felt. Finished around 10-15 min earlier and the masseuse was uneven in the distribution of the massage on the body (worked on the right but not the left for example) even though i explicitly asked. I would avoid their "dia de spa", for most part just felt like any average person rubbing oil on your body. Maybe try another service instead. Overall nice environment and music.

Luis Ortiz Mosquera: It’s a nice space with a great vibe as soon as you walk in. They were kind enough to fit me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. I got a deep tissue massage and it was very good - on par with some of my more trusted spas in NYC. My masseuse was very professional and attentive… I would definitely repeat if I’m ever in Medellin again. If you have a hard time finding the address, it’s on the 9th floor of the building that google maps takes you to.

I sent a message to the WhatsApp business contact and told them the same thing. So they told me I have to pay 50,000 pesos to reschedule. this is ridiculous and they should have offered the service without me paying an additional or full refund.

Premlata: Worst service I’ve ever had at a massage spa. Massage was not great either. They left us waiting for over 30 minutes even though we told them we had a tour after. We were running late to our appointment so I texted the business’s WhatsApp. They said it was not a big deal and that they could still take us. Once we got there, they offered us an upgrade for an additional cost but we told them we had a tour we had to get to. They left us waiting in the lobby for 15 mins. Once we got to the room and undressed they left us for another 20 minutes even though after 10 minutes we went out of the room to let them know we were ready and saw they all talking in the hallway. The massages were not good. We upgraded to sports because the pressure on the alivió was super light. They hardly increased the pressure at all. Finally, we could pay with card because their machine was malfunctioning Terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend.
Allie Hidy-Lukacs: Went for a couples massage (plan en pareja sencilla), and it was mediocre at best. Barely any pressure, and they spent about 5 minutes on my back and way too much time on feet, legs, and hands. The masseuses didn’t introduce themselves or say any friendly greetings. A glass of wine was included with the plan but they didn’t give it to us until my boyfriend asked, after we paid and were just about to leave. They then rushed us out the door for some reason (another couple coming?). Very underwhelming experience and won’t be going back.

Jenny Lehmann: Not so sure about all these good reviews. We booked a 90 minute couples massage that included a glass of wine, nothing else. The room was soooo tiny, the two tables barely fit. The tables were cheap and super hard, and they use paper instead of sheets so it was scratchy and uncomfortable. No bolsters or pillows. The massage was a little better than expected after seeing the tables, but it was fast and rushed, and they didn’t ask if we had pains anywhere or anything. and then all of a sudden they left. When they came back, they suddenly started doing a facial even though we booked a 90 min massage. They put a sheet mask on and then LEFT the room for ten minutes, just laying there uncomfortable on the hard table. I don’t really get it - why leave the room? Even if we asked for the facial, why not continue with the massage while the mask is on? Honestly the experience was only okay, maybe it’s better to go by yourself for a sports massage then for couples.

It’s a room in a mall that’s been subdivided- sometimes those places are the best but definitely not as advertised. 2 stars for effort but I would not recommend
