SebPlay: I bought a new Dualshock 4 and after a few days it started to go crazy and I took it to warranty and 1 they didn't give me the warranty when it wasn't finished yet, 2 I paid for the repair and the product was worse than it was, super bad, I have it there without being able to use it because it is useless
Andrés Arrieta: They are SCAMMERS, I bought a supposedly new Dualshock 4, soon after it began to have problems with the analogs and triggers. I opened it to do a cleaning and when I opened it I saw that the parts inside had been modified when it was supposed to be a new product. #SCAM #SCAM
Isaac: The technical service at home left a lot to be desired. I requested a cleaning of a console and at the end the technician left some screws out (he never knew where they went). He told me that he would be back soon to put the screws that were left out in their place, but after two weeks the screws are still out of the console. In addition to that, while dusting a part of the console in the window, due to carelessness a piece fell (this from a 7th floor). UPDATE: I change my rating from 2 to 1 for the following reason. Upon contacting the company directly, they told me that they would schedule the visit. It's been three weeks and I haven't received any news.
Jorge Andres Cardona Aguilar: Draw your own conclusions, they made me take my console 2 times the first time I took it and the console was already reading CDs and the only thing I wanted was for them to program it to read the memory, I know it took more than 6 days, then I had to take it back for warranty it took 8 days to tell me that the USB ports were bad supposedly they left me to return the money but what a surprise when I went to claim that they no longer returned the full money to me because they were going to charge me for the programming of cd's, after what The Programming was already there before taking it there.
