He and the community really help you learn the right technique. Anyone reading this, don't even think twice about joining this gym. I just wish I remembered the name of boxing teacher so I could give me a shout out. Thanks guys.

Besides that, the equipment is wide and of high level.I had the opportunity to come 1 year ago just for visits, I was welcomed with open arms and now that I live permanently in Medellin, I go every day.Additionally the team is very multicultural, you find people from many countries, the classes are taught in English and Spanish, so it is a very enriching experience.

H I: We offer a variety of courses including martial arts such as Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, body conditioning, etc. There is no joining fee, so even people staying for a short period of time can easily train. I mainly took courses in Muay Thai and kickboxing, and both coaches spoke English, so I didn't have any problems communicating. The coaches were very personable and I always had a cheerful and fun training experience. I will definitely come here again when I visit Medellin. thank you very much. Osu 🥋!
