Daniel Lopez: Disappointed in the service, apart from being expensive and being a customer who returned and bought the products there. I went to do maintenance, two months later I went to change the drive kit because they told me it was better to change it, when the cycle comes out it makes a sound, I return later to have it looked at and the Venezuelan mechanic tells me that it is due to lack of maintenance I feel like I wanted to get off work since it was almost the time they were leaving DO NOT GO TO THAT SITE!
Juan Pablo Avila Velez: It was my first time visiting the turntable and the prices were exaggeratedly high👎🏽, they charged me 70,000 for riding two wheels, tightening the rudder, tightening the seatpost and putting pedals. And ask in three bike shops that are around and they will charge me an average of 15 to 25 thousand for doing those things. The mechanics and the store are overrated 👎🏽👎🏽
Richard Machado: Excellent service, disposition, advice and human quality, after visiting 7 places this was the one we liked the most, widely recommended, very good products, services and has a parking area. (We must be responsible with the evaluations, it is humane to make mistakes but we must value the effort to improve more than staying involved in the error)

Juan B Hoyos: Excavation work at the South American Station. You do not get the option of responses activated. I have learned, take pictures in sequences, give recommendations, report problems, post good and interesting things. For example, in Bogota a number of bicycles are stolen every day, and it is increasing every day, whereas here in Medellín the bicycles are public and provide an important service.

Lorcan: Rented an alloy road bike for a few days. They are reliable and friendly also got 2 bracelet tags with names and numbers and the service was really good!
Anthony Pavone: Villalbike refused to install my cassette (pacha) telling me that it would not work well. I was replacing the cassette with the exact same specifications and model I had used flawlessly for one year. The only reason it needed to be replaced was because it was damaged by hitting a rock. I went to their competitor down the street, Medellin en Bici, and they installed and adjusted it perfectly and immediately.

Yamid Andrés Bedoya Velásquez: A very complete warehouse, spare parts and accessories of excellent quality, very good attention and very good service. They accept card payments and have good prices. They are a bit late to open, I arrived at 9am and had to wait 20 minutes.
MAURICIO HERNANDEZ PALACIO: This is a special place for gummy amateurs and cycling professionals. They give you all the accompaniment and advice according to your need.
Juan Ángel: Since they opened the workshop it has been my first option because they have 2 of the most expert mechanics in the city: Luis and Wilson. Spare parts at a fair price and of all ranges. And to top compliance and honesty. Greetings boys and thank you very much for so many years of good service.
